Discover ClassI want to invite you to join me for the Discover Class, an informative orientation designed to provide you with a basic introduction to First Baptist Carrollton for both new members and for those wishing to know more about our church. This class is an important first step in our membership process and is held once each month on a Sunday afternoon. Many people who attend our church come from different backgrounds and it is important that each one understand the purpose and vision of First Baptist Carrollton. I will take this time to clearly explain who we are, what we believe, and how to get connected and involved in the life of the church. Our church family has set high expectations for itself, and we want our members to have high expectations in their Christian walk as well. Toward this end, our church bylaws make completing this new member orientation a requirement for membership. The Discover Class meets on the first Sunday afternoon of each month in the Parlor from 3:30 - 6 pm. There will be a light meal and beverages served during the orientation class, and free child-care is provided by reservation.
